Paul, a former foreign correspondent, editor, and reporter, has trained senior officials at the United Nations, the World Bank, the European Central Bank (ECB) and the OECD for over a decade for TV and radio interviews, podcasts, and press conferences. He also works regularly with print journalists to prepare them for broadcast interviews and podcasts. He has been a radio and TV commentator on Bloomberg, CNN, Irish national radio (RTE) and presented a German current affairs TV program. He works regularly with the United Nations System Staff College Knowledge Centre for Sustainable Development and the Deutsche Welle Academy in Bonn preparing UN officials for broadcast interviews with global news networks.
A former Reuters foreign correspondent and editor, he has also worked for Bloomberg, the Irish Times, and The Sunday Tribune in Dublin. His reports during a decade at Reuters appeared in newspapers worldwide, including the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, and the Guardian. He holds a First-Class Honours Degree in History & Politics from University College Dublin and an MA in Journalism from Dublin City University. Rex is a former news agency and radio journalist with more than two decades of experience as a reporter and editor in the fields of political and general news, economics, corporate and financial news, and energy markets. His 17 years at Reuters news agency included general and political news cover in South Africa, assignments in Central and East Africa, and senior posts in London, Helsinki, and Brussels. He has trained reporters and editors for Reuters and is a consultant for the Thomson Reuters Foundation. He speaks French.

She has also worked as a trainer for the US State Department across Africa on media and journalism projects, including women’s empowerment and health issues, such as COVID-19 and Ebola. She is a former business journalist with Dow Jones Newswires and reported for CNBC and The Wall Street Journal. She speaks French and Arabic.
